Fourth Annual Member Survey Results Revealed 

This year's survey closed on 31 March 2009 with 3,090 respondents. That's an incredible 45 percent of the membership! Thanks to all of you who took time out of your lives to help improve your EO experience. Chapter and Global leaders will receive the full results at this year’s GLC, but you can review the top-line results today! 

Some of the survey’s highlights:

  • Chapter health has never been higher— our chapter averages improved in nearly every area measured
  • EO’s peer experience is second to none— members rated the quality of their chapter members and Forum experience higher than they’ve ever been
  • 93 percent of the membership would recommend EO to another business owner
  • 95 percent of the membership plans to renew this year, and 48 percent plan to renew indefinitely

Where do we have room to improve? Our average, overall value score slipped to a 7.5 this year from a 7.8 in 2008, while member satisfaction with Global benefits and communications largely remained static. Improving EO is a big job, and chapter leaders and Global staff will be reaching out to survey respondents to act on the feedback we’ve received in the coming months. We’re looking forward to working on EO with you.
