What enticed you to join EO?
“Tom Trutna, a long time member and former President of the EO Minneapolis Chapter, was a valuable EO resource before I even joined. And he was the catalyst that eventually brought me into the fold. Since I’ve joined, my Forum group has provided me with invaluable camaraderie and feedback that has assisted me both personally and professionally. The specific catalyst to join was the need for a comfortable environment with other qualified entrepreneurs that are experiencing the same roller coaster of business that I am. EO afforded that.”

What have you learned about business/life from your EO experiences thus far?
“EO has pushed me to grow my business and not sit on the sidelines. It challenges me to not be content with where I’m at but to strive for something bigger. Sometimes this has been a challenge and has really pushed me out of my envelope. Sometimes the strategy has hurt me, but the big picture is improvement and a bigger company. I suppose this transfers to my personal life as well— trying to inject more passion into my personal relationships and experiences.”

Would you recommend EO to other qualified entrepreneurs? And if so, why?
”Right now I’m really focused on a micro level on improving my Forum experience for myself and its members. I would recommend this experience to others because of the volume of gives and takes the forum experience provides. I would encourage other entrepreneurs to join for this reason and the other professional and personal advancement opportunities EO presents."
