216 EO Members Included on the Inc. 5000 List of America’s Fastest-Growing Companies

EO Extends Partnership with American Express into Canada
The Entrepreneurs’ Organization and American Express are pleased to announce that they have reached an agreement on a regional partnership in Canada, effective September 2011. Building on the AMEX Partners Plus relationship that has existed since 2009 in the U.S., the Small Business Referral Program will confer benefits to more than 700 Canadian business owners.
Startup America Partnership Opens for Business
The Startup America Partnership, an organization working to help young companies grow in order to create jobs in America, today announced the official public launch of its platform for startups. Young companies can now register to become verified Startup America Firms and gain access to resources from more than twenty five leading companies. Fourteen new partners have added another $330 million of private-sector commitments offered by the Partnership.

Texas Student Named Top Student Entrepreneur in the World
Second time was a charm for Texas Christian University student Brent Skoda, when he was named the 2010 Global Student Entrepreneur of the Year, the highest recognition for high school, university and graduate students running a revenue-generating business while taking a full course load of classes.
