We enjoyed our incredible 20th Anniversary Celebration in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA. It was amazing to look back at the past 20 years and honor our extraordinary accomplishments— both as individual members and as a collective organization.
As forward-thinking entrepreneurs, we all know that our work doesn’t end at the 20-year mark. EO Chairman Sunjay Kapur and EO President Shelby Scarbrough previewed our five-year strategic plan at the University, and I’m proud to present this vision for 2012 to you.

- To increase our awareness among prospective members.
- To increase our awareness among resources that will benefit the membership.
Working toward these goals will produce tangible results from which we can all benefit. Within the next five years, get ready to experience the following:
- Our global network will be larger and more diverse than ever. You will be able to connect with new friends based on shared interests and experiences.
- Every tool and technology will be available to you to help you personalize your experience.
- You will know how you benefit from EO, and you will explore the diverse range of offerings that fit your individual needs.
- You will be able to tell the EO story to other business owners in your sleep.
- When you tell people that you’re an EO member, they will recognize our organization’s name and want to hear more.
- We will have that kind of recognition in every local, regional and global business community worldwide.
- Our partnerships will bring value and awareness to the entire organization, and you will benefit from those relationships.
- You will help bring us to this point. You’ll know the experience of leading leaders, and as a steward of the organization, your voice will be recognized and trusted as we evolve around your interests.
